Subscription Policy – Cancellation Minimum Order Requirement

By purchasing a subscription with HappyDogCo, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Minimum Commitment

    • Each subscription requires a minimum of two (2) billing cycles before cancellation.

    • This means you must receive and be billed for at least two orders under your chosen subscription plan.

  2. Cancellation Requests

    • Cancellation can only be requested after the second order has been processed.

    • Requests submitted before the second billing cycle will not be accepted.

  3. How to Cancel

    • After your second order has been fulfilled, you may cancel anytime via your online account portal or by contacting our support team at hello@happydogco.com.au

  4. Flexibility

    • You may update your delivery frequency, pause shipments, or change product selections at any time after the first order.

    • Pausing or changing does not void the minimum two-cycle requirement.

  5. Refunds

    • Standard refund and return policies apply. Refunds are not issued for subscription cancellations prior to meeting the two-cycle minimum.
